格隆汇 8 月 28日丨ST通葡(600365.SH)公告,公司于2020年8月26日召开第七届董事会第二十八会议,分别审议通过了《关于前次非公开发行股票募集资金投资项目结项并将结余募集资金永久补充流动资金的议案》,同意公司将前次非公开发行股票募集资金投资项目(以下简称“募投项目”)结项,并将结余的募集资金7582.89万元(含银行存款利息,实际金额以资金转出当日专户余额为准)永久补充流动资金。
