新股消息 | 醫渡雲向港交所遞表，騰訊、GIC系股東，高盛、中金聯席保薦
uSMART友信智投8月24日消息，披露易網站今日顯示，醫渡雲已上傳初步申請版本的招股書，這意味着醫渡雲已遞表，往後的流程爲聆訊--路演--招股--上市。
初步招股書顯示，醫渡雲的聯席保薦人是：高盛、中金，以近兩年的項目來計算，均屬於前5大保薦人。
明星股東陣容：騰訊、新加坡主權財富基金GIC、陽光保險、中投公司等
初步招股書顯示，自成立以來，醫渡雲已獲得11輪上市前投資，投資方包括陽光保險、新加坡主權財富基金GIC、中投公司、騰訊、貴陽市大數據產業集團、貴陽市工商產業投資集團、文萊投資局、BVCF、Magic Stone HT等。

公司官網顯示，總裁，首席財務官 (CFO)楊晶曾任職新加坡政府投資公司（GIC）副總裁，近7年直接股權投資經驗。
醫渡雲：中國領先的醫療數據智能公司之一
醫渡雲提供基於大數據和人工智能(AI)技術的醫療健康解決方案。向醫療行業的主要參與者（包括醫院、製藥、生物技術及醫療設備公司、研究機構、保險公司、醫生和患者以及監管機構和政策制定者）提供服務並與之開展合作。
根據安永報告，醫渡雲的收入在2019年中國所有醫療大數據解決方案供貨商中排名第一。
從綜合實力上看，根據互聯網週刊發佈的“2019年醫療大數據企業排行榜”，健康醫療大數據行業排名前五的企業分別爲醫渡雲、美年大健康、微醫、平安好醫生、華大基因。
YiduCore
初步招股書顯示，自主研發數據智能基礎設施YiduCore，是醫渡雲的「醫療大腦」以及履行使命的技術基礎。
在發展的第一階段，醫渡雲以高價值成本比定價策略提供YiduCore，以建立一個頂級的、研究驅動型醫院客戶羣。YiduCore可讓每一家醫院訪問、處理及整合位於數以百計分散的已有信息系統中的病歷。通過YiduCore的智能，醫院可將數據用於基於人工智能的研究及臨牀應用。
醫渡雲擁有中國最重要的醫院這一獨特的客戶羣，有助於醫渡雲與其他醫院、製藥、生物技術及醫療設備公司、領先科學家及醫學研究人員開展合作。
例如，2019年10月，醫渡雲與一家制藥公司合作，在其新藥的II期臨牀試驗中，利用醫渡雲以YiduCore構建的疾病模型，進行多維度分析，以加快新藥開發速度，有效將II期臨牀試驗的時間縮短了60%。
今年早些時候，醫渡雲亦爲武漢衛生部門建立了一個動態疫情監控平臺，用於抗擊新冠肺炎疫情。憑藉強大的YiduCore，醫渡雲僅用7天時間便開發了平臺並完成了第一階段的數據彙集、處理及質量控制。
收入年複合增長率高達396%
於往績記錄期間，截至2018年、2019年及2020年3月31日止財政年度，總收入分別爲：22.7百萬元、102.0百萬元、558.1百萬元(單位：人民幣，下同）。
截至2018年、2019年及2020年3月31日止財政年度，年度虧損分別爲978.4百萬元、933.7百萬元及1,511.4百萬元。
剔除(i)可轉換可贖回優先股的公允價值變動，(ii)可換股票據的公允價值變動，(iii)認股權證公允價值變動，及(iv)股權激勵開支的影響，已調整截至2018年、2019年及2020年3月31日止財政年度的淨虧損252.9百萬元、419.3百萬元及323.6百萬元。
