上机数控(603185.SH)签大额多晶硅料长单采购合同
上机数控(603185.SH)公布,全资子公司弘元新材与新疆大全新能源股份签订多晶硅料长单采购合同。
公告显示,於2020年至2022年,弘元新材将向大全新能源采购原材料多晶硅料2.16万吨至3.2万吨,按照当前市场价格测算,预计采购金额约19.44亿元人民币(下同)至28.8亿元(含税),不含税为17.2亿元至25.49亿元,占公司2019年营业成本4.92亿元的350%-518%,属於特别重大合同。该合同签订有利於保障公司原材料稳定供应。(ta/w) ~
