美微信使用者入稟控特朗普禁令違反美國憲法
美國微信使用者聯盟(U.S. WeChat Users Alliance)及多名個人入稟美國三藩市法院,指美國總統特朗普禁止美國地區使用微信違反美國憲法。入稟狀指原告與微信及微信母公司騰訊(00700.HK)無關,並要求法官停止特朗普的指令,認為違反美國憲法第一修正案所賦予的言論自由、宗教自由及其他憲法權利。
入稟狀指,原告曾尋求微信以外的其他代替通訊工具,擔心在美國使用微信與家人聯繫亦會違法並受到制裁。
目前尚未清晰特朗普的指令意味甚麼,但專家估計指令擬禁止微信在蘋果及谷歌應用程式平台上架。
