格隆匯 8 月 24日丨信利國際(00732.HK)發佈公告,根據公司現時可獲得的資料,相較2019年同期的公司擁有人應占綜合溢利約1.406億港元,預期截至2020年6月30日止六個月的公司擁有人應占綜合溢利將會大幅增加約1.1倍至約2.997億港元。

公告稱,公司該期間擁有人應占綜合溢利預期增加主要由於分佔聯營公司虧損轉為分佔聯營公司利潤  — 主要原因是集團的主要聯營公司信利(惠州)智能顯示有限公司該期間財務表現與2019年同期相比有顯著改善。因此,該期間分佔聯營公司溢利由2019年同期的分佔聯營公司虧損約1.461億港元大幅改善至約360萬港元。
