福壽園(01448.HK)上半年實現純利2.5億元 中期息3.28港仙
格隆匯 8 月 21日丨福壽園(01448.HK)發佈2020年中期業績，報告期內，公司實現收益總額約人民幣7.339億元，公司擁有人應占溢利及全面收入總額約人民幣2.475億元，每股基本盈利約人民幣10.9分，擬派中期股息每股3.28港仙。
2020年上半年，集團繼續優化全國戰略佈局，發展互聯網業務，引領行業發展，在服務社會民生、傳承城市文脈、推進生態文明等各方面持續投入。本期間內，集團因時制宜，於集團旗下三十餘座城市的所屬公墓單位及殯儀服務機構，推出“福壽雲”雲祭掃服務，將線上空間與線下場景及服務打通，客户足不出户就能夠身臨其境，更可以通過手機螢幕遠端下達指令，讓祭掃活動突破時間和地域的限制。此外，集團繼續以生前契約作為重要戰略，滿足客户提前自主安排後事需求的同時，為集團帶來穩定的客户儲備。生前契約服務亦得到各級政府及長者服務機構的肯定、支持和服務採購。集團持續優化產品結構，擴大生態節地產品和藝術墓的比重，壓縮傳統墓比重，提高土地利用效率和綠化水準。殯葬設施景觀設計能力已形成獨立業務板塊，進而增強了集團各業務板塊間的協同與合作，提升了綜合競爭能力。
