旭辉控股集团(00884.HK):预期12亿元优先票据将于明日上市
格隆汇 8 月 19日丨旭辉控股集团(00884.HK)公布,有关2023年到期为人民币12亿元的5.85%优先票据("该等票据",股份代号:85926)。公司已向联交所提出申请,以批准该等票据按日期为2020年8月12日的发售备忘录所述以仅向专业投资者(定义见联交所证券上市规则第37章及香港法例第571章证券及期货条例)发行债务的方式上市及买卖。批准该等票据的上市及买卖预期将于2020年8月20日生效。
