在研产品取得重大进展 亚盛医药(06855.HK)中期亏损收窄49.6% 研发开支增加26.4%
格隆汇8月18日丨亚盛医药(06855.HK)发布公告，截至2020年6月30日止6个月，公司收益轻微增加13%至人民币260万元，亏损净额减少49.6%至人民币3.19亿元，主要是由于集团的可转换可赎回优先股因公允价值变动而产生亏损减少人民币3.42亿元。
期间研发开支由上年同期的人民币1.99亿元增加26.4%至人民币2.515亿元，主要是由于公司针对候选药物进行更多临床试验及研发人员数量增加。
截至2020年6月30日止6个月，公司持续在公司的在研产品管线上取得重大进展，包括以下里程碑及成就：公司已研发出包括八项处于临床阶段的小分子候选药物在内的丰富在研产品。公司的在研产品包括新型小分子候选药物，该等候选药物可破坏复杂且难以标靶的蛋白–蛋白相互作用（PPI），以及下一代酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（TKI）。截至2020年6月30日，公司正在美国、澳洲及中国进行超过40项I期或II期临床试验。
公司继续开发全球知识产权组合，并在全球范围内拥有候选产品的授权专利或专利申请的独占许可。截至2020年6月30日，公司已在全球拥有96项授权专利及300余项专利申请，其中约80项专利已在海外授权。
公司表示，公司致力于发现及开发同类首发及最优的创新疗法，以解决全球未满足的医疗需求。截至2020年6月30日，公司正于美国、澳洲及中国进行逾40项1期或II期临床试验。此外，公司已于2020年6月向中国国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)药品审评中心(CDE)递交HQP1351新药申请(NDA)，以治疗T315I突变体慢性期慢性骨髓白血病(CML)及加速期CML患者。此外，FDA已于2020年4月授予HQP1351孤儿药资格认定(ODD)，用于治疗CML，并获得快速通道资格(FTD)，用于治疗对现有TKIs治疗失败的特定基因标记的CML患者。此外，公司已获得FDA批准，开始对CLL/SLL及WM患者进行关键候选药物APG-2575单药及与其他药物联合治疗的Ib/II期临床试验。公司亦在中国获得批准，开始对AML及r/rCLL/SLL进行Ib/II期临床试验。此外，FDA已于2020年7月授予APG-2575孤儿药资格认定(ODD)，以治疗WM。
凭藉公司在全球生物科技行业的丰富经验，公司将加速推进公司高度差异化的新型临床产品管线中的八种候选药物至下个临床阶段，并在全球范围内申请NDA。此外，公司将为公司的候选产品积极申请专利权，藉以扩大公司的知识产权布局。就公司的各个临床项目而言，公司寻求将覆盖范围扩大到其他适应症，并就候选药物获取新用途专利。
