格隆匯8月17日丨藍鼎國際(00582.HK)公告,與2019年同期相比,公司預期於截至2020年6月30日止6個月錄得的綜合收益減少約25%及綜合淨虧損略有減少。預期綜合收益減少主要由於新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)爆發而導致:(i)集團綜合度假區的訪客量下跌;及(ii)物業銷售活動減少。儘管於本期間集團收益受到不利因素影響,但預計本期間錄得的綜合淨虧損與2019年同期相比略有減少,主要由於博彩業務的淨收益增加;運營費用減少;及2019年租賃終止致使租賃負債的財務成本減少。
