传花旗错误向美国化妆品公司Revlon债权人支付9亿美元
《华尔街日报》引述消息人士报道,花旗错误向美国化妆品公司Revlon债权人支付近9亿美元,目前正在要求退还这笔款项。
消息人士称,於周三债权人才因Revlon的债务重组计划起诉该公司,但在周四意外地发现在2016年所发放的贷款连同利息已全数偿还,但花旗很快得悉事件并要求退还这笔款项,称这笔款项是由於操作错误而不小心发放的。
债权人周三控告Revlon违反贷款协议,将有价值的品牌资产转让予子公司作其他债权人的抵押品。
