香港教育国际(01082.HK)完成配售3350万股 净筹2940万港元
格隆汇 8 月 14日丨香港教育国际(01082.HK)宣布,配售协议所载的先决条件已获达成,而配售事项已于2020年8月14日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成。
根据配售协议的条款及条件,配售代理须按尽力基准配售配售股份。合共3350万股配售股份(相当於紧随配售事项完成的公司已发行股本约5.77%)已按配售价每股配售股份0.90港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人。配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣除配售事项的佣金及其他开支后)约2940万港元。
