格隆汇 8 月 11日丨新利软件(08076.HK)公布,预期集团截至2020年6月30日止六个月将录得净亏损,与上一个同期的财政期间录得的浄亏损约人民币307.5万元比较,将录得大幅增加超过460%以上。主要原因是截至2020年6月30日止六个月的收入减少。

收入减少主要是由于2019冠状病毒疫情爆发导致。尽管集团截至2020年6月30日止六个月的未经审核业绩可能出现亏损,惟董事会认为,集团整体财务状况穏健,故前景仍然乐观。董事会谨此强调,集团财务状况穏健,且具备充足现金资源,应付其目前及未来现金流量需求,董事会将持续检讨集团的策略及营运,务求提升业务表现及公司股东回报。
