中集集团(02039.HK)附属中集产城获碧桂园(02007.HK)增资逾16亿人币
中集集团(02039.HK)公布,根据昨日(6日)签署的增资协议,碧桂园(02007.HK)向公司间接非全资附属中集产城支付增资款16.06亿元人民币(下同),及前海项目未落地部分权益价值调增相应增资款最高为3,901.2万元(如有)。
交易完成後,碧桂园持有中集产城的股权将由25%增至30%。完成前,中集产城为公司间接非全资附属,公司持有中集产城61.5%。增资完成後,公司持有中集产城的股比降至57.4%,中集产城仍为公司间接非全资附属。
中集产城主营投资城区、园区、景区、社区建设项目;城区、园区、景区、社区配套设施建设工程及运营;产业投资等。
