格隆汇 8 月 5日丨雅居乐集团(03383.HK)公布,集团连同集团合营公司及联营公司以及由集团管理并以"雅居乐"品牌销售的房地产项目("雅居乐项目")于2020年7月的预售金额合计为人民币106.1亿元,同比增长49.23%,而对应建筑面积为76.3万平方米;平均价为每平方米人民币13,898元。
截至2020年7月31日止七个月,集团连同集团合营公司及联营公司以及雅居乐项目的预售金额合计为人民币657.0亿元而对应建筑面积为481.2万平方米;平均价为每平方米人民币13,654元。
