半島酒店香港平均房租為2804港元,其他亞洲地區平均房租為2456港元,美國及歐洲第二季為4930港元。

半島酒店香港平均可出租客房收入為352港元,其他亞洲地區平均可出租客房收入為516港元,美國及歐洲平均可出租客房收入為975港元。

出租物業中,住宅出租率為92%,商場出租率為82%,辦公大樓出租率為95%。

此外,住宅每平方尺每月平均收益為47港元,商場每平方尺每月平均收益率為136港元,辦公大樓每平方尺每月平均收益為66港元。
