锦江资本(02006.HK)公布,於7月31日公司、上海国际及其附属公司和锦江国际及其附属公司签署关於子公司股权重组置换项目合作框架协议。据合作框架协议及公司的「资本、资产、资金、资源」战略定位,深化改革和聚焦主业发展的要求,为优化公司酒店资产、增强整体市场实力,拟对集团相关的海仑宾馆、建国宾馆及昆仑饭店的股权进行一系列重组置换。(el/w) ~
