王朝酒业(00828.HK)料中期扭亏为盈至不少于1.4亿港元
格隆汇 7 月 31日丨王朝酒业(00828.HK)公告，基于对集团截至2020年6月30日止6个月的未经审核管理账目初步审阅，与去年同期约3220万港元未经审核的综合亏损相比，集团预期截至2020年6月30日止6个月将录得不少于1.4亿港元未经审核的综合盈利。
监于2020年1月完成出售酒堡及相关设施预估一次性收益，集团预期该约1.8亿港元的一次性出售收益将对截至2020年6月30日止6个月公司所有者应占盈利作出重大贡献，但部分盈利预期将被期内预估经营亏损所抵消。
该经营亏损(不包括出售酒堡及相关设施收益)主要归因于：一)集团截至2020年6月30日止6个月收入较去年同期约1.322亿港元下降30%至40%，导致毛利下降；及二)期内因实行职工改革计划而向雇员支付赔偿。
董事会认为，收入下 降主要由于自2020年1月开始爆发新型冠状病毒("COVID-19")疫情，以及中国政府对消费场所实施限制及疫情对消费意欲产生负面影响。集团已密切关注市场状况，调整其业务策略，以降低对运营的负面影响。集团亦已加强控制成，并及时采取适当措施。
董事会认为，集团财务状况保持稳健。除受到包括COVID-19的发展情况及市场状况在内的因素影响以外，董事会目前预计，集团2020年下半年的收入与年度上半年相比将稳步改善。公布所载资料乃仅基于集团截至2020年6月30日止6个月未经审核综合管理账目作出初步评估，该等账目及资料也并未经公司审核委员会及核数师审阅及批准。
因集团截至2020年6月30日止6个月的综合业绩尚未完成，故董事会在现阶段无法准确量化相关财务影响。集团截至2020年6月30日止6个月实际业绩可能与文披露的不同。监于COVID-19疫情持续，尚无法精确估计疫情将对集团业务营运造成的所有财务影响。
