中国国家文化产业(00745.HK)股本削减及股份拆细将于7月28日生效
格隆汇7月28日丨中国国家文化产业(00745.HK)发布公告,开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2020年7月27日(开曼群岛时间)备案并正式登记确认股本削减及股份拆细的颁令的副本以及经法院批准载有公司法所规定有关股本削减详情的会议记录。
此外,实施股本削减及股份拆细的所有其他先决条件均已达成。股本削减及股份拆细将于2020年7月28日(星期二)上午九时正前生效,且买卖新股将于2020年7月28日(星期二)上午九时正开始。
