Burberry公布與騰訊攜手開創「社交零售」的全新概念,旨在打造一個以「社交零售」為概念的探索空間,新店將在2020年7月31日於深圳灣萬象城開幕,騰訊為其提供技術支持,冀打造一個能夠鼓舞和感染奢侈品消費者的探索空間,通過在店內和社交媒體上的新穎體驗,讓顧客能與品牌和產品充分互動。
而落成於深圳的「Burberry空-間」是雙方合作計劃的第一步,技術合作的第一步是將社交平台的互動體驗融入實體零售環境中,通過專門的微信小程序,顧客可以解鎖專屬內容和個性化體驗,並將其分享給他們的好友。
