该地块位於中国河南省平顶山市鲁山县繁荣路与文兴路交叉口东南,总占地面积约3.26万平方米,许可容积率不高於1.5。该地块指定为住宅用途及商业用途,住宅用途及商业用途使用年限分别为70年及40年。
