被质疑夸大成交额 拼多多:数据披露无问题
内地电商平台拼多多被指夸大首季商品成交总额(GMV),内媒引述拼多多战略副总裁九鼎指,数据披露方面没有任何问题,又强调在GMV统计口径上,与阿里(09988.HK)、京东(09618.HK)一致,即为平台上所有已确认的商品与服务订单的总值,包括实际出售、交付及退货的交易。
他表示,首季度受疫情影响,因缺乏履约能力而取消订单或未交货的情况,高於正常水平,但拼多多有於财报会後与各分析师沟通。
早前有内地自媒体引用研究机构New Street报告指,拼多多将大量已取消订单计入首季GMV,令数据失去可参考价值。
