物管股荣辱互见 银城/彩生活/中奥/兴业物联逆市续涨7%-15%
虽然港股午後跌幅曾随道指期货(续跌1.6%)、日经及澳股(挫2.7%-3%)扩大，最低见24,489，现造24,512，挫537点或2.1%，成交额1,300亿元。
不过，内地物管股今天荣辱互见，银城生活(01922.HK)连续第四天创上市新高，最高见4.98元，现造4.42元，续涨逾7%，成交增至940万股。中奥到家(01538.HK)连升第八天，今天反覆(曾回吐至0.94元)高见1.13元创近两年高，现造1.04元，续升7.2%，成交仍有1,609万股。去年7月引资即将在本港作第二上市的京东(09618.HK)的彩生活服务(01778.HK)第二天发力追落後，股价承昨天重越10天及20天线势，今天进一步突破百天线，最高见4.1元，现造4.02元，续升7.3%，成交急增至2,155万股，为十个月来最多。
兴业物联服务(09916.HK)连续第二天发力追落後，股价承昨天急弹14%重越3条移动平均线(50天线为1.39元)势，今天进一步升至1.78元，但仍未重越上市价1.99元，现造1.67元，续弹15%，成交续增至1,894万股，仅次挂牌首三天成交量，涉资3,033万元。兴业为河南省着名物业管理服务供应商，股份於3月9日以每股1.99元来港上市，首挂日股价反覆高见2.31元已无以为继，之後反覆回落，5月22日低见1.19元喘定回稳。
和泓服务(06093.HK)承昨天重越20天及50天线(1.35元)势，今天高见1.52元，创近三个月高，现造1.44元，续升5.1%。上市时引入恒地(00012.HK)主席兼总经理李家杰持有投资公司Successful Lotus为基石投资者的内地物管股烨星集团(01941.HK)承昨天升逾9%重越50天线(1.31元)後，今早曾续涨7.2%高见1.49元，创近两个月高，仍在3月13日上市价1.56元之下，现造1.45元，续涨4.3%，成交续增至1,254万股，创逾两个月高。
相反，绿城服务(02869.HK)、碧桂园服务(06098.HK)、佳兆业美好(02168.HK)、雅生活服务(03319.HK)及永升生活服务(01995.HK)反覆跌约2%-5.5%，後者最伤报11.24元，股价失守20天线。
