联合地产(00056.HK)获联合集团(00373.HK)提出以每股1.92元(较停牌前溢价逾34%)私有化建议。目前,联合集团及其一致行动人士已持有联合地产74.996%股权。
两者股份今日复牌齐涨,其中是联合地产股价创52周新高,半日高收1.87元,急涨31%,一向稀疏成交急增至1,031万股,为逾一年最多,涉资1,910万元;联合集团半日收41元,涨7.9%。
