农业银行(01288.HK)拟出资80亿元参与投资国家绿色发展基金
格隆汇 7 月 16日丨农业银行(01288.HK)公告,中国农业银行股份有限公司 董事会于2020年7月3日召开2020年第8次会议,审议通过了《参与出资 国家绿色发展基金 》的议案。 将出资80亿元人民币参与投资国家绿色发展基金股份有限公司 ,自2020年起分5年实缴到位,认缴出资占比9.0396% 。
议案表决情况:有效表决票13票,同意13票,反对0票,弃权0票。次投资不构成行的关联交易和重大资产重组事项,无需提交行股东大会批准。 投资亦不构成香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第十四章项下须于披露的交易。
近日 已签署《国家绿色发展基金股份有限公司发起人协议》及《国家绿色发展基金股份有限公司章程》。
