九毛九(09922.HK)拟先旧後新配股净筹8.3亿元 另有股东配股减持三千万股
九毛九(09922.HK)公布,计划以先旧後新方式配售约7,000万股股份,占扩大後股本4.82%,每股配售价11.99元,较昨日(15日)收市价折让5.44%。公司预计集资净额为8.3亿元,将投资於餐饮行业的其他公司、投资於主要原材料供应商以及一般营运资金。
此外,股东MT J(由27名个人全资拥有,该等人士为公司雇员或前雇员)拟出售3,000万股旧股,价格同为11.99元,套现近3.6亿元。
