格隆匯 7 月 15日丨創維集團(00751.HK)發佈公告,公司已根據聯交所證券上市規則的第15項應用指引,就建議分拆公司的非全資附屬公司深圳市酷開網絡科技有限公司(“酷開”)的業務並於聯交所或包括深圳證券交易所的其他交易所(因應公司屆時考慮市場情況而定)獨立上市事宜向聯交所提交分拆申請。酷開的主要業務包括“酷開”或“Coocaa”品牌下互聯網運作的智能電視系統,其主要收入來自內容訂閲,廣告和軟件應用程式操作。
