天成国际(00109.HK):缅甸铁路部要求移除光纤光缆
天成国际(00109.HK)公布,透过非全资附属MG11进行的缅甸光纤租赁业务,於7月收到缅甸铁路商务部函件,要求移除仰光-曼德勒铁路之主光缆,集团正就可采取之行动(包括但不限於与相关部门进一步磋商 )寻求当地律师意见,表示倘与相关部门进一步磋商未能取得理想成果,预期光纤业务投资一大部分将予以撇销或减值。
集团表示,将重新制订光纤租赁业务策略,包括可能出售於MG11之权益及重新分配资源以发展其他业务机遇。
