中行(03988.HK)放弃收购爱尔兰券商Goodbody
《爱尔兰广播电视》(RTE)报道,中国银行(03988.HK)收购爱尔兰券商Goodbody的计划告吹。
Goodbody发表声明指,中国银行基於新冠疫情带来前所未见的影响及不确定性,认为目前并未收购的合适时机,因此决定终止有关交易。
中国银行去年11月宣布以1.5亿欧元收购Goodbody,该宗收购已於去年12月通过当地竞争及消费者保障公署审批。Goodbody称完成交易的工作近月取得进展。
