南早:伯恩光學重啟IPO擬明年內地或香港掛牌 集資最多25億美元

據《南華早報》報道,全球最大手機螢幕玻璃供應商伯恩光學重啟上市計劃,擬明年在香港或中國內地集資20億至25億美元。

報道稱,經歷首兩季新冠疫情後,全球智能手機訂單復甦,伯恩光學重啟上市程序。伯恩光學2018年曾計劃上市但擱置,避免在美國加息及中美貿易爭端下掛牌。

伯恩光學創辦人兼主席楊建文接受《南華早報》訪問時稱,即使公司沒有集資的迫切性,上市地位有助建立品牌及業務發展。他表示,去年公司有強勁5G及摺疊式手機訂單,但今年由於疫情,銷售受到衝擊,特別是第二季。

伯恩光學行政總裁施展芳補充,上市計劃視乎市場情緒,而現時股市表現良好。他指出,伯恩光學正就上市安排揀選投行。
