格隆匯7月10日丨物業管理股大漲,新城悦服務(1755.HK)漲9.65%、佳兆業美好(2168.HK)漲7.6%、浦江中國(1417.HK)漲6.15%。富瑞發表研究報告指,中國物業管理公司將逐步發盈喜,預計2020上半年的平均收益將同比增長30-40%,其中新城悦服務,碧桂園服務和永升生活服務將以40-60%的增速跑贏大市,維持新城悦服務為行業唯一的首選股。
