永旺(00984.HK)與東湖房產(惠州)訂立續租協議
格隆匯 7 月 8日丨永旺(00984.HK)公告,於2020年7月8日,公司全資附屬公司永旺華南(作為承租人)與業主東湖房產(惠州)開發有限公司(作為業主)就該處所的租賃訂立續租協議,租期自2023年11月27日起至2034年11月26日止,為期11年。永旺華南自2007年起向業主租賃現有處所,以經營其於現有租賃協議項下零售業務。由於現有租賃協議將於2023年11月26日到期,永旺華南與業主已訂立續租協議,以延長及修訂現有租賃協議條款。
