太陽城集團(01383.HK)為越南合營項目授出股東貸款3,000萬美元 年利率14%
太陽城集團(01383.HK)公布,間接全資附屬星將同意授予金曜本金額為3,000萬美元的貸款,為現於越南廣南省會安南開發的綜合度假村項目提供進一步融資。貸款年利率14%,一般每三個月支付應計利息。貸款年期應自首個提取貸款日期起計12個月。初步年期的到期日可延長至雙方書面協定之2022年2月28日。
金曜為一間合營公司,分別由星將及Alpha Era各自擁有50%權益。貸款將由周焯華(執行董事、主席及公司控股股東)全資擁有公司所授予之控股股東貸款來撥付。
