金山工业(00040.HK)联营领先工业重组
金山工业(00040.HK)公布,由旗下持股85.5%之附属GP工业拥有38.13%的联营公司「领先工业」於6月30日以初步现金代价8.03亿元,完成出售其主要从事制造和销售网络电线产品的若干附属公司之全数所持股份,以及若干相关资产及负债,予汇聚科技(01729.HK)。
汇聚科技为领先工业透过其全资拥有附属公司Time Interconnect Holdings拥有63.86%的附属公司。
领先工业重组完成後,公司於领先工业之有效股本权益维持不变,GP工业於网络电线业务承诺之有效股本权益由38.13%减少至24.35%。
