港股異動 | 內地物業股普升,藍光嘉寶服務升超10%
uSMART友信智投7月2日消息,週四港股開市,內房股大爆發,內地物業管理股也"大暴走",截至11時12分,銀城生活服務升超14%,藍光嘉寶服務升超10%,佳兆業美好升超7%,時代鄰里、新城悅服務升超6%,濱江服務、保利物業、永升生活服務升超4%,鑫苑服務升超5%、中海物業升超3%,建業新生活、寶龍商業升超2%。
消息面上,藍光嘉寶服務6月30日公告稱,年初至公告日已於中國收購合共8家物業管理服務提供者,總代價為人民幣1.94億元,被收購公司的在管建築面積合計為12.243百萬平方米。公司認為,收購事項將不僅使集團能夠進一步擴大規模及其業務範圍,亦將增加其於市場上的影響力及競爭力,符合集團的戰略發展需求。
鑫苑服務6月30日公告稱,間接全資附屬公司鑫苑科技服務與建設銀行鄭州直屬支行簽訂戰略合作協定。雙方確立在住房租賃領域建立全面、長期和穩定的戰略合作關係,包括鄭州建行向其提供意向支援金額不少於5億元人民幣。
佳兆業美好6月30日公告稱,擬以2700萬元對價收購寧波朗通物業服務有限公司60%權益。
時代鄰里再度被花旗唱好,花旗研報指,公司宣佈收購上海科箭物業服務51%股權能提升公司的服務能力及城市覆蓋,並更有信心公司盈利增長可達70%,對收購看法正面,認為將有協同效應,而且有助提升管理面積及盈利等。估計會在7月份發盈喜,將其目標價由12.3港元升至13.9港元,評級買入。
新城悅服務披露購股權及獎勵股份計劃之後,Jefferies上調該股目標價14%,並稱這項令人鼓舞的管理層激勵計劃將提振投資者對公司盈利增 長的信心,預計市場反應積極。
