格隆匯 6 月 29日丨正商實業(00185.HK)發佈公告,在2020年6月29日於新鄭市自然資源和規劃局提呈出售所舉辦的國有建設用地使用權公開拍賣會中:i)公司間接全資附屬公司河南正商佳居置業有限公司以代價人民幣1059萬元成功投得一幅土地編號為新鄭出(2020)–25號地塊(“地塊I”)的土地使用權;及ii)公司間接全資附屬公司河南正商新雅置業有限公司分別以代價約人民幣1.02億元成功投得一幅土地編號為新鄭出(2020)–26號地塊(“地塊II”)的土地使用權及以代價約人民幣1.48億元成功投得一幅土地編號為新鄭出(2020)–27號地塊(“地塊III”)的土地使用權。該等地塊均位於河南省新鄭市龍湖鎮但各自不相連。各收購事項的代價按新鄭市自然資源和規劃局所發出的拍賣會文件而釐定。集團將以內部資源撥付該等收購事項及該等地塊的發展。

地塊I位於河南省新鄭市龍湖鎮規劃二路北側,總佔地面積約1,175.82平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0和3.0的間。地塊I指定為住宅用途使用年限為70年。地塊II位於河南省新鄭市龍湖鎮文明路西側、規劃三路北側,總佔地面積約23,195.95平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0和2.7的間。地塊II分別指定為住宅用途使用年限為70年及地下配建停車、配套及附屬設施(交通服務場站用地)用途使用年限為50年。地塊III位於河南省新鄭市龍湖鎮規劃三路北側、西張寨村土地南側,總佔地面積約32,818.81平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0和2.7的間。地塊III分別指定為住宅用途使用年限為70年及地下配建停車、配套及附屬設施(交通服務場站用地)用途使用年限為50年。
