格隆匯6月24日丨微創醫療(0853.HK)大幅拉漲至7.41%並創下新高,現報27.55港元,暫成交2.3億港元,最新總市值478.3億港元。微創醫療考慮折讓3.49%配售6595.8萬股,淨籌15.41億港元。並且料下半年收入改善,全年表現將與2019年基本相符。董事認為,配售事項為公司籌集資金同時擴大其股東及資本基礎的機會,將加強集團的財務狀況,併為集團提供營運資金。
