德国最高法院裁定Facebook需停止私自收集及分享用户数据
德国最高法院裁定,Facebook必须遵守德国反垄断机构的命令,停止从用户收集数据,这有可能为其他国家定下先例。
最高法院支持联邦反垄断局(Federal Cartel Office)的裁决,认为Facebook滥用市场地位,在未经用户同意收集资料。不过Facebook重申,公司不存在滥用市场地位的行为,目前在德国Facebook产品及服务的个人或企业不会立即受到影响。
联邦反垄断局在2019年2月最初下令,Facebook只有在用户同意的情况下,才能与第三方分享及收集数据。
