兗州煤業股份(01171.HK)董事會獲得回購H股一般性授權
格隆匯6月19日丨兗州煤業股份(01171.HK)公佈,公司2020年6月19日召開2019年年度股東周年大會和2020年度第一次A股及H股類別股東大會,授予公司董事會一般性授權,由董事會根據需要和市場情況,在獲得有關監管機構批准以及符合法律、行政法規、部門規章、規範性文件和《公司章程》的情況下,在相關授權期間適時決定回購不超過有關決議案通過之日公司已發行H股總額10%的H股股份。若董事會行使上述一般性授權,根據有關規定,公司將依法註銷回購的H股股份,公司註冊資本將相應減少。
