中原城市領先指數CCL按周升1.18% 創29周新高

中原城市領先指數CCL報180.74點,創29周新高,按周升1.18%,而CCL_Mass及CCL(中小型單位)亦分別升1.37%及1.25%,升幅同樣為31周最大,CCL(大型單位)則按周升0.76%。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇估計未來樓價走勢仍然反覆,但向上趨勢不變,CCL繼續以190點為目標,現時相差約半成。

按地區劃分,九龍CCL_Mass報182.73點,創42周新高,按周升1.63%,升幅為10周最大,連升2周共2.13%。港島CCL_Mass報188.19點,按周升1.65%。新界西CCL_Mass報166.42點,創35周高,按周升1.72%,升幅為5周最大。新界東CCL_Mass報193.70點,按周跌0.10%,跌幅為8周最少,連續3周企穩193點高位。

五一長假後,樓價轉勢回升5周計, CCL Mass累升3.35%,CCL(中小型單位)累升3.06%,CCL累升2.73%,CCL(大型單位)累升0.85%。九龍累升4.68%,新界東累升3.85%,港島累升3.40%,新界西累升0.99%。

今天(2020年6月19日)公佈的指數,根據2020年6月8日至6月14日簽訂正式買賣合約的中原集團成交計算。當中有近八成的交易是在2020年5月18日至5月24日簽臨時買賣合約,是五一長假期後第5周市況。(el/a) ~
