遠大中國(02789.HK)終止出售成都工業廠房
格隆匯 6 月 18日丨遠大中國(02789.HK)公告,就此前擬3000萬元出售成都工業廠房事項。於2020年6月18日公司獲悉買方經進一步考慮有關出售事項所有情況後,買方決定不再進行該協議。
據此,經過買賣雙方的友好協商,訂約雙方已同意立即終止協議。終止後,訂約的任何一方不得對另一方享有任何進一步的權利或義務,也不得就協議向另一方提出索賠。董事認為終止出售事項不會對公司營運及財務狀況產生任何負面影響。
