報道指中興(00763.HK)已量產7納米芯片 正技術導入5納米芯片
據內媒報道,中興通訊(00763.HK)昨在互動平台表示,公司具備芯片設計和開發能力,7nm(納米)芯片規模量產,已在全球5G規模部署中實現商用,5nm(納米)芯片正在技術導入。
據《TechWeb》引述中興通訊總裁徐子陽表示,這些芯片不是5G SoC,而是5G設備和基礎設施的核心部分,其中基於5納米的芯片將會帶來更高的性能和更低的功耗,5nm芯片將使功耗每年降低超20%。新導入的5nm芯片技術將使中興在半導體領域達到最新標準,這也意味著該公司將不再依賴美國公司或供應商。(wl/u)
