騰訊(00700.HK)夥設計公司開發「網絡城市」料今年稍後時間動工
據《華爾街日報》引述建築設計公司NBBJ指,騰訊(00700.HK)計劃在深圳推「網絡城市」地產發展項目,項目面積達2,100萬平方呎,當中包括寫字樓、學校、住宅、運動設施、公園及商場等,料項目將在今年稍後時間動工,並會分三期完成,當中住宅、寫字樓及公共運輸中心將首先開幕。
去年騰訊夥NBBJ制定項目的規劃,項目佔地320英畝,土地由政府擁有並朝海,期望可為未來的可持續發展都市建立藍圖,而「網絡城市」將設較少車路,並鼓勵住客步行或使用其他交通工具,同時住戶亦可透過單車徑、渡輪或地鐵等到周邊城市。
