世紀金花(00162.HK):曲江投資成為公司主要股東
格隆匯6月5日丨世紀金花(00162.HK)公佈,有關公司主要股東MCL根據MCL、金花投資、吳一堅、曲江金控及曲江投資之間於2019年12月1日訂立的買賣協議出售銷售股份。
吳一堅已告知公司,買賣協議的所有先決條件已獲達成或豁免,而買賣協議項下的銷售股份的買賣已於2020年6月5日完成。
完成後,MCL及吳一堅均終止為公司主要股東,而曲江投資已成為公司主要股東,截至公告日期持有公司已發行普通股總數的29.24%。
