永升(01995.HK)趁高「抽水」股價續吐5% 同業受壓 惟藍光嘉寶(02606.HK)續漲4%曾觸頂
永升生活服務(01995.HK)以每股11.78元(較昨天收市價折讓6.95%)先舊後新配售1.34億股(佔擴大後股本8.02%)，公司料所得淨額15.64億元將用作未來機會出現時作業務發展或投資等。公司趁高「抽水」，該股繼昨天創上市新高倒跌後，今天考驗10天線(11.9元)獲支持，最低見11.96元，現造12元，續吐5%，成交受配股上板急增至1.83億股，涉資21.78億元。
雖然摩通料內地物管股不會出現配股潮，但相關股今天普遍受壓，尤其是中海物業(02669.HK)高開見8.82元乏力，掉頭跌破10天線(8.47元)，最低見8.15元，現造8.18元，續吐5.8%。奧園健康(03662.HK)扭五連漲，股價由高位9.51元，掉頭考驗20天線(8.93元)，最低見8.9元，現造8.96元，倒跌4.7%。雅生活服務(03319.HK)高見43.8元無以為繼，掉頭失守10天及20天線(42.15元及42.36元)，現造42.05元即市低位，續吐2.5%。新城悅服務(01755.HK)倒跌曾一舉失守10天及20天線(20及20.3元)，最低見19.9元，現造20.05元，續吐4%。彩生活(01778.HK)倒跌逾3.5%報3.53元，失守10天線(3.6元)。
佳兆業美好(02168.HK)扭四連漲，股價由紀錄高位回吐3.2%報37.55元。綠城服務(02869.HK)也失守10天線(10.48元)，報10.32元，反覆續吐2.5%。保利物業(06049.HK)繼昨天升至91.5元受制上月中旬所創上市高位後，今天股價回吐3.8%報87.2元，結束五連漲。
不過，獲摩通首選分別給予目標價39元及72元及「增持」評級的碧桂園服務(06098.HK)及藍光嘉寶(02606.HK)跑贏，前者股價繼昨天破頂倒跌後，今天僅反覆續吐0.5%報37元，後者更反覆九連漲，股價曾觸及上月中旬所創上市高位56.75元，但未能成功突破，現造56.65元，反覆續升3.9%。
