中國創新投資(01217.HK):向心和龔青向檢方第三次聲請解除限制出境
格隆匯6月2日丨中國創新投資(01217.HK)公佈,於2020年6月2日,公司收到執行董事向心和替任董事龔青的通知,向心和龔青(合稱"聲請人")已於2020年6月1日委託台灣代表律師,向台北地檢署("檢方")第三次聲請解除限制出境。目前正在等待檢方研復中。
聲請人認為,本案既經檢方長達半年多時間積極偵查,顯知限制聲請人出境出海之理由及基礎均不成立,不僅已達作成不起訴處分之程度,而且更應作出撤銷限制出境出海之處分。
