葉氏化工(00408.HK)料分拆最快明年底成事 無意派特別息
葉氏化工(00408.HK) 副行政總裁葉鈞表示,分拆油墨業務到深圳上市,是因考慮到公司業務和所用的資金主要是用於內地發展,加上深交所創業板改用註冊制有助公司上市,預期最快明年底完成。
葉氏油墨副總經理葉朗指,籌資所得將用於環保產品,包括有關產品的研發、市場化、銷售網絡、優化設備等。不過即使未能如期上市,也可以利用香港上市公司的平台融資,故無資金壓力。
葉鈞指,未有考慮分拆成功會向股東派特別息,但認為分拆有助業務獨立評估,對公司和股東都有好處,未來亦會考慮分拆更多業務。
