格隆匯6月2日丨國美零售(0493.HK)一度急升至5%創2018年2月以來新高,現報1.04港元,漲4%,暫成交1.1億港元,最新總市值224.2億港元。公司股價連日來持續上漲,3日累計升超13%。繼今年4月拼多多認購國美2億美元可轉債並達成深度合作之後, 5月28日晚,國美零售再度宣佈獲得了京東1億美元的戰略投資。40天內獲得兩筆戰略投資,國美儼然已經成為電商巨頭眼中的香餑餑。兩大家電零售巨頭達成戰略合作,有助於線上線下雙方的高效協同與商品供應鏈的整合。
