內地調整2020年可再生能源電力消納責任權重比例
國家發改委、國家能源局近日聯合印發《關於各省級行政區域2020年可再生能源電力消納責任權重的通知》顯示,從全國情況看,10個省(區、市)的最低總量消納責任權重超過30%,9個省(區、市)最低非水電消納責任權重超過15%。
與2019年實際完成情況相比,東中部省份最低非水電消納責任權重同比增幅超過「三北」地區,有利於促進新能源跨省跨區消納。同時,浙江、四川、寧夏、甘肅和青海等5個國家清潔能源示範省(區)的最低非水電消納責任權重適當提高,以更好地發揮引領示範作用。
