載通(00062.HK)擬派發末期息0.7港元 可選擇以股代息
格隆匯5月29日丨載通(00062.HK)發佈公告,公司於2020年3月19日公佈董事會建議向於2020年5月27日名列公司股東名冊內的股東派付截至2019年12月31日止財政年度的普通末期股息每股股份港幣0.70元。於2020年5月21日舉行的公司股東周年大會上,批准末期股息的普通決議案獲通過。就計算根據以股代息計劃將予配發的新股數目而言,新股的市值獲釐定為每股港幣15.04元。
