港股異動 | 東方證券(3958.HK)漲逾5% 擬推H股員工持股計劃
格隆匯5月26日丨東方證券(3958.HK)現報3.94港元,漲幅5.35%,最新總市值275.6億港元。公司昨日公告稱,為進一步建立和完善員工與公司的利益共享機制,提高員工的凝聚力和公司競爭力,促進公司長期、持續、健康發展,公司擬推出H股員工持股計劃。本次員工持股計劃擬由員工以自有資金自願出資,擬購買的H股總數預計不超過公司股本總額的2%,單個員工所持持股計劃份額相對應的股票總數不超過公司股本總額的0.1%。
